Introducing NumisVault Universal AI Importer.

Problem Solved: Every collector has their own spreadsheet. Different columns, different headers, different ways of capturing weights, diameters, provenance, prices paid, you name it. How do you import a CSV with any possible formatting? AI. Specifically a customized version of Claude Sonnet 4.6 (high power, great at data conversion) trained to convert your CSV into a new standard I'm calling NIS (NumisVault Import Standard) which is automatically imported into your NumisVault.

  • Automatically sets Advanced Ancients for all coins: Civilization, Period, Authority, and Denomination where possible

  • Automatically figures out if the coin is in your collection, for sale, or sold, the currency involved, and stores the price, buyers premium, etc

  • Automatically pulls provenance from your data too

Simple as:

  1. Upload your CSV (export your Excel to CSV first)

  2. Wait about 2 minutes per 50 coins

  3. Confirm import and attach images

  4. Done!

I have only been able to test on a handful of .csv files. If its screwing things up let me know what so I can improve it

Customize your Create Form, Automatic Default when you click Create Coin

Backwards Compatible | TRACK & ITEMIZE BUYERS/SELLERS FEES All previous "purchase_fees" are now "Total Fees". If you dont want to itemize fees , you can still input a total fees. HOWEVER, if you want granularity, and want to itemize your fees, and tracked itemized fees... you CAN NOW! Total fees can now be a COMPUTED value, summing all itemized fees Track Individual Buyers Fees
